Case Types: Primarily neuro , endoscopy , and radiology (no hearts, limited peds)
Daily Case Load: per site
Model: CRNA-supervised (4:1 ratio); perform your own blocks/regional
CRNAs place their own arterial lines
Board Certified CRNA REQUIRED
Active Michigan License REQUIRED
Clean background No exceptions
BLS, ACLS, PALS REQUIRED
Current flu vaccine or ability to obtain a medical exemption
$210/hour
Mileage reimbursement for local providers
Comprehensive malpractice covered
Flexible scheduling
Targeting August 2025 , 3 6 month assignment
