RN Registered Nurse Medical​/Surgical Unit, NIghts

Overview

RN Registered Nurse, Medical Surgical - Nursing Unit 3CD at Henry Ford Providence Novi Hospital — Full Time Nights, 36 hours per week (7:00 pm–7:30 am) with rotating weekends/holidays. Sign-on bonus eligible:
Up to $10,000 for full-time nights.

• Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide, delegate, supervise, document care and teaching of patients and families.
• Effectively communicate pertinent patient/family information to the health care team.
• Participate in identifying and resolving variances from patient goals and ensure implementation of solutions.

• Education/Experience
  
  Required:
  
  BSN preferred. Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans. Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
• Certifications/Licensure
  
  Required:
  
  Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. Healthcare provider certification (BCLS).
