Primarily adults; limited pediatric cases
Setting:
Henry Ford Providence Novi Hospital Anesthesia Department
Responsibilities:

• No heart cases; primarily neuro, endoscopy, and radiology cases

• CRNAs are supervised in a 4:1 model

• Most physicians perform their own blocks and regional anesthesia

• CRNAs place their own arterial lines

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified CRNA Required

• Active MI license Required

• Clean background with no license actions Required

• BLS, ACLS, PALS Required
