Day Shift position
Pay Rate: up to 28.00 per hour (based on proven work history)

Job Description of the Machine Tool Pipefitter:
Individual is experienced performing the activities listed below on their with little to no guidance or assistance from a Skill Trades Leader in a machine tool manufacturing environment.

Pipefitter Activities:

• Able to read schematic drawings
• Build headers
• Thread pipe
• Install headers
• Install service stands and lockout valves
• Pipe robots
• Pipe sealer equipment
• Pipe Tools
• Read mechanical drawings and bill of material
• Prep valve pack and manifold
• Run hose and dress tool per customer requirements
• Ability to drill, tap and ream holes
• Use of hand saw, drill press and grinders

Required Tools of the Pipefitter:
Pipe Wrenches (10, 18), Adjustable Wrenches, Allen Wrenches (Standard & Metric), Socket Wrenches (Metric & Standard), Channel Loc Pliers, Drill Motor (3/8), Tape Measurer, Hose Cutters, Level

Requirements of the Pipefitter:

• Read a tape measurer
• Read a layout
• Thread Header
• Drill Tap Holes
