NetSuite Administrator - Level 1

The Signal Group Net Suite Administrator will work proactively and collaboratively with all members of the Signal Group Team to enhance and optimize the use of the Net Suite Asset. The Net Suite Administrator directs and coordinates all operational and development strategies and processes as it pertains to the Net Suite system. This role has a direct impact on the Company’s success.

The Net Suite Administration department works internally with all departments to maintain and enhance the existing internal systems and e-commerce assets as well as having a critical role in the success of advancing the system development efforts to the next level. The Net Suite Administrator will work collaboratively with all departments to assist in defining business requirements, completing business analytics, deadlines, and project specifications.

• Serve as the primary administrator and owner of the Net Suite environment, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Maintain system configuration including roles, permissions, forms, workflows, custom fields, records, dashboards, KPI’s, and saved searches.
• Manage user access and security controls to ensure proper role-based permissions and protection on company data.
• Establish and maintain system governance standards, documentation, and Net Suite best practices.
• Roll out, test, and execute Net Suite version upgrades and bundle updates, including sandbox testing and production deployment.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement.
• Manage and resolve all SITs (Signal Internal Tickets) in a timely, prioritized, and documented manner.
• Import, validate, and maintain data integrity across various data sources.
• Design and maintain workflows and configurations, to support operational efficiency.
• Create and document solution designs and technical recommendations for development-related projects and provide time estimates for enhancements and projects.
• Support Suite Script customizations and system enhancements as needed.
• Work with outside partners and vendors on integrations and system-related initiatives.
• Assist in distributing Net Suite knowledge to functional area experts and provide user guidance when needed.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Net Suite customizations including Suite Script, workflows, custom records, forms and system enhancements.
• Support development efforts for processing automation and system optimization initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Net Suite and third-party systems using APIs, web services, or other integration tools.
• Create and document technical solution designs for custom development projects.
• Other projects as assigned.
• Experience and understanding of Net Suite workflows, forms, sub-tabs, roles, lists, custom records, templates, saved searches, dashboards, KPI’s, and forms.
• Experience testing and implementing Net Suite version upgrades.
• Ability to create custom roles and work with global permissions to keep company data secure.
• Capable of troubleshooting Net Suite functions and processes.
• Solid understanding of the Net Suite database structure.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in written format in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to all functional departments.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure on multiple tasks within multiple projects, while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Suite Foundation Certification

• Net Suite Suite Foundations Certification preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience required
• Minimum of 8 years of experience working with and administering Net Suite.
