Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst

Overview

Seeking a part‑time Project Manager to support an ERP migration (Oracle or Infor) by managing schedules, tracking progress, and coordinating stakeholders. Must have strong PM or high‑level project coordination skills, manufacturing industry experience, and basic ERP knowledge. Part‑time—20–30 hours per week, hybrid, EST or CST hours, $45–$50 hourly.

• General project management duties, including team and stakeholder engagement
• Schedule recurring and ad‑hoc meetings
• Maintain calendars & schedules, while managing & improving existing project plan
• Take detailed meeting notes, while creating and maintaining status reports
• Update RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions)
• Provide ERP implementation support (terminology / coordination)

• Proven IT project coordination or project management
• ERP knowledge (terminology, workflows)
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Familiarity with MRP and standard manufacturing processes

• ERP migration experience
• Exposure to Oracle or Infor environments

• 5+ years in project management, ideally within manufacturing environments
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and related terminology
• Skilled in scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
• Ability to manage RAID logs and maintain project documentation
• Clear, professional communication across teams and leadership

Determining compensation for this role depends on various factors. The salary range is noted in the posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
