• Oversee and coordinate activities for the Digital Driver Check In Application within the Global Applications team
• Manage development changes performed by external vendors and ensure project targets are met
• Implement Release and Change Management processes for the DDC application
• Provide Level 3 support to the Service Desk and ensure team members are equipped for support activities
• Document knowledgebase for incidents and resolutions for cross‑training purposes

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Supply Chain related Applications, SQL skills, or WMS‑related expertise
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Proficiency in SQL (Oracle or MSSQL) and familiarity with WMS processes
• Excellent project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with exceptional communication skills

• Experience working with Cold Chain Logistics companies or 3rd Party Logistics providers
• Familiarity with Infios Accellos E3PL product
