- Title:
Benefits Coordinator - 1–2 years of experience in benefits administration or human resources
- Exposure to U.S. benefits administration including medical, dental, vision, life, and 401(k)
- Experience assisting with open enrollment cycles
- Familiarity with benefits vendors, brokers, and third-party administrators
- Strong Excel skills and high attention to details
- Assist with administration of employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k), FSA/HSA, and wellness programs
- Serve as a point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and resolve issues with vendors and carriers
- Support new hire onboarding and benefits enrollment
- Assist with open enrollment preparation, communications, and system updates
- Maintain accurate employee benefits data within HRIS systems
- Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate benefit deductions and contributions
- Support benefits audits, compliance documentation, and reporting (ACA, ERISA, COBRA)
- Process life events, eligibility updates, and terminations
- Assist with employee benefits communications and education materials
- Partner with internal HR teams and external vendors to ensure smooth benefits operations
- Support Environmental, Health, and Safety policies and objectives as required
- 1–2 years of experience in benefits administration or human resources
- Exposure to U.S. benefits administration including medical, dental, vision, life, and 401(k)
- Experience assisting with open enrollment cycles
- Familiarity with benefits vendors, brokers, and third-party administrators
- Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail
