You must have a current NHA license from the State of Michigan to oversee daily facility operations and help us deliver Five-Star care to our residents.

• Lead the facility’s daily operations to ensure the highest standard of care.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Serve as the primary representative for the facility when engaging with external agencies, including government entities and third-party payers.
• Foster clear and consistent communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans following survey inspections.
• Cultivate a strong public relations program that benefits the facility and the local community.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with medical professionals and other healthcare organizations.

• Active State of Michigan Nursing Home Administrator License (required).
• 5 years of skilled nursing facility experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business administration (preferred).
• Pass a background and fingerprint screening.
