Overview

You must have a current NHA license from the State of Michigan to oversee daily facility operations and help us deliver Five-Star care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities- Lead the facility’s daily operations to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Serve as the primary representative for the facility when engaging with external agencies, including government entities and third-party payers.
- Foster clear and consistent communication with residents, families, and staff.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans following survey inspections.
- Cultivate a strong public relations program that benefits the facility and the local community.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with medical professionals and other healthcare organizations.
- Active State of Michigan Nursing Home Administrator License (required).
- 5 years of skilled nursing facility experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business administration (preferred).
- Pass a background and fingerprint screening.
