Supporting high-quality research through compliant operations, participant engagement, and seamless study coordination.

Proclinical is seeking a Research Study Assistant for a full-time contract role based in Novi, MI.

• Support research projects within regulatory compliance and federal guidelines.
• Interact directly with study participants and stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day operational tasks for the study.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth study operations.
• Engage directly with potential and enrolled study participants.
• Analyze protocol-specific requirements and implement measures to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate research projects of low to moderate complexity.
• Provide additional support as needed to facilitate research activities.

• Bachelor s degree in a scientific field such as Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or related discipline.
• Experience in an assistant-level role within pharmaceutical clinical trials.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently under limited supervision.
