Location: Novi, MI 48377 (serving Novi, West Bloomfield, and Northville)

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation programs for inpatient and outpatient care
• Administer manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance therapy, and functional mobility programs
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, injury prevention, and home exercises
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize EMR/EHR systems for documentation and patient tracking

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT)
• Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or pediatric physical therapy settings
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Licensed or eligible for Michigan Physical Therapy License

• Pediatric therapy experience
• Care planning and program development for orthopedic patients
• Telehealth experience
• Knowledge of EMR/EHR documentation systems

• Salary Range: $84,850 – $107,530 per year
