We have 4 to 12‑hour flexible shifts! If you have experience going into clients’ homes, we would like to speak with you. We start at $17.00.

- Use of transfer assistive devices, including but not limited to Hoyer lifts, sit‑to‑stand, gait belts, and slide board.
- Assisting residents with daily living activities such as transferring in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and walking.
- Evaluate changes in client’s health, conferring with other healthcare team members as needed.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the environment which may include light housekeeping.
- Use and cleaning of devices such as catheters, colostomy bags, and oxygen supplies.
- Assess for changes in condition and communicate immediately to supervisor.
- Develop and implement meaningful life enrichment activities.
- Follow schedule, assisting residents with repositioning.
- Transport client to doctors’ appointments or shopping.
- Complete all required documents and charting.
- Plan, shop for and prepare nutritious meals.
- Provide companionship for the client.
- Follow all Homestead policies and procedures.
- Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience.
- Experience passing medications.
- Able to pass a criminal background check.
- Valid Driver License/Insurance.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Reliable transportation.
- Travel maximum of 25 miles.
