We have 4 to 12‑hour flexible shifts! If you have experience going into clients’ homes, we would like to speak with you. We start at $17.00.

• Use of transfer assistive devices, including but not limited to Hoyer lifts, sit‑to‑stand, gait belts, and slide board.
• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as transferring in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and walking.
• Evaluate changes in client’s health, conferring with other healthcare team members as needed.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the environment which may include light housekeeping.
• Use and cleaning of devices such as catheters, colostomy bags, and oxygen supplies.
• Assess for changes in condition and communicate immediately to supervisor.
• Develop and implement meaningful life enrichment activities.
• Follow schedule, assisting residents with repositioning.
• Transport client to doctors’ appointments or shopping.
• Complete all required documents and charting.
• Plan, shop for and prepare nutritious meals.
• Provide companionship for the client.
• Follow all Homestead policies and procedures.

• Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience.
• Experience passing medications.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Valid Driver License/Insurance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation.
• Travel maximum of 25 miles.
• Weekend availability.
