You are responsible for assessing patient conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and overseeing the delivery of high-quality care. Your expertise guides the patients on their path to recovery and supports other team members in their roles.

• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy program.
• Active Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Michigan.

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs.
• Creating personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving patient goals.
• Directly providing hands-on treatment according to the established plan.
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care.
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• All relevant orthopedic certifications considered.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in outpatient settings is a plus.
• Ideal candidate may have one or more of the following: OCS, OMPT, FAAOMPT, SCS, CSCS, DN-1, DN-2, CLT, ATC-L
