As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide 1:1 support for children with autism in our early intervention center, helping them build communication, social, and life skills.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within therapy spaces.
  • Welcome and communicate professionally with families and coworkers.
  • Deliver individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under BCBA supervision.
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Promote INSPIRE Autism’s values of integrity, teamwork, and client-centered care.
  • Record data accurately and maintain session documentation.
Qualifications
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality to get to our center on time!
  • Active, hands-on approach to work — you’ll often engage in play, kneeling, or lifting small children.
  • Passion for working with children and individuals on the autism spectrum.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality of client information.
Compensation

$18 - $22 hourly
