You will manage key automotive customer accounts, including Ford and Tesla
, while expanding engagement across major OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. The focus will be on promoting advanced laser manufacturing solutions within the fast-growing EV and automotive sectors.
This position combines strategic account management and business development
. Your responsibilities will include strengthening relationships with major automotive customers, identifying new RFQ opportunities, and building long-term partnerships across engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams.
You will play an important role in maintaining momentum in the e-mobility market
, increasing brand visibility, and positioning cutting-edge laser solutions within key OEM programs. The role involves regular customer engagement, technical discussions, and participation in industry events.
Bachelors degree in engineering or another relevant technical or industrial discipline
Sales background with proven experience managing or developing key accounts, ideally within automotive, capital equipment, or automation environments
Experience managing or working with OEM customers such as Ford, Tesla, Rivian, or other electric vehicle manufacturers is strongly preferred
Experience selling or supporting highly technical solutions such as laser systems, photonics, industrial automation, robotics, or advanced manufacturing equipment
Strong technical aptitude, comfortable discussing engineering concepts and eager to learn new technologies
Proactive, self-motivated, and highly professional. You are confident representing the company at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events
Experience with proactive networking, continuous learning, or presenting at industry events is valued
