Job Description

Engineer with expertise in FE model build, assembly integration, simulation debugging, post‑processing, and report preparation for vehicle and subsystem durability.

• FE Model build, Assembly integration, Simulation Debug, Post processing and Report preparation for Vehicle and Subsystem Durability.

• Vehicle durability, fatigue life prediction, and vibration analysis for Vehicle Chassis and Body.
• FEA model build, Simulation, road load data correlation, and optimizing structural integrity for vehicle and its systems.
• Proficient in using nCode Fatigue evaluation tool.
• Proficient in using solvers like Abaqus, Nastran.
• Proficient in using ANSA pre processor.
• FEA Simulation activities like Linear and Non‑Linear, Fatigue and Durability, Modal, Vibration, and Optimization.
• Knowledge of MBD simulation, Crash Analysis, CFD Simulation.
• Awareness of Automation tools like Python and VBA scripting.
