Education Specialist supports an integration strategy for new and existing schools to ensure the implementation of LCG education value promise in adherence with quality standards. This includes developing and delivering training and support surrounding the physical classroom environment, Education Quality Indicators, and LCG initiatives. The Education Specialist will collaborate with school and field leaders to foster a welcoming and positive environment.

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years ECE classroom or management experience.
• Must be eligible to drive in accordance with company policy.
• Must be eligible to pass state required background checks as needed.

• Excellent customer service skills with both internal and external customers.
• Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
• Effective communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal.
• Proficient time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet established deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including weekends & company-wide air travel when necessary.
• Ability to quickly establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to work independently and to exercise good judgment/discretion.
• Proficient use of conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient use of technology, e.g. Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, Power Point, and Word, Smartsheet, and 5D Planning Software.

• Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi-weekly paid.
  • $65-75,000 base salary.
  • This position is also eligible for our Support Central bonus program which is based on annual achievement of company performance.
