We are seeking a registered Architect who can excel as a Project Manager, overseeing a variety of projects including Municipal, Industrial, Commercial, and Mixed‑use developments. The role can be based in either our Novi or Wyandotte offices.

• Prepare design and construction documentation for various project types, including municipal, industrial, mixed‑use, and commercial sectors.
• Engage regularly with support staff in other offices and outside consultants.
• Work independently and as part of a team to deliver design and construction documents in a collaborative studio environment.
• Create design presentations using both hand sketches and design software.
• Conduct field measurements and prepare As‑Built Documents.
• Travel occasionally using a company vehicle when available.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Registered Architect status.
• Over 10 years of experience.
• Project Management experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with Municipal, Industrial, or Commercial projects.

• Experience with Sketch Up.
• Experience with Government or Aviation projects.

The office environment is flexible, with core working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 4 pm. The office rarely requires weekend work. Initially, the role requires working on‑site five days a week, with the possibility of one remote workday once fully trained. The team consists of 18 members spread across four different offices in Michigan. The company values work‑life balance, ensuring employees are not overworked.

The role involves using Revit, AutoCAD, and possibly Sketch Up regularly for production work and construction documentation.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Novi, MI.

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
