Coordinator - Inventory Control Tech Prod Sup
This position receives/processes and manages stock, inventory and parts for SITECH personnel and customers. This position is also responsible for assisting shop specialists and other office staff as needed.
Position Duties/ResponsibilitiesPrimary Responsibilities:
- Process incoming parts orders for internal and external customers
- Stock all parts
- Maintain inventory including audits
- Assist with walk-in retail customers
- Organizing and maintaining the parts warehouse
- Assist Shop Specialists with new kit preparations
- Place stock orders with vendors
- Receive incoming parts shipments from vendors
- Approve and code vendor invoices for payment
Other Responsibilities:
- Assist Shop Specialists with repairs
- Assist Field staff when in the office with tasks as needed
- Assist other Office staff with their responsibilities
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year or more of experience in construction technology
Preferred
- 2 years or more of experience in construction technology

- Ability to build and maintain effective customer and professional relationships through strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on relationship-building and consistent demonstration of solid professional judgement
- Ability to work in a fast-paces, high-pressure, deadline driven environment
- Works under general supervision. Employee acts independently to handle standard problems but usually report on such More unusual problems are referred to a supervisor/manager.
- Major responsibilities typically require a modest amount of creativity and latitude. Employee typically operates under general instructions with some established procedures and policies.
