* Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance efficiently and accurately in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards
* Execute work clearly outlined on repair orders with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail
* Diagnose the root cause of complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns using factory procedures and tooling
* Complete all work in compliance with applicable safety requirements and shop procedures
* Road-test vehicles to ensure repairs meet quality and performance expectations
* Document labor, test results, and completed work accurately using dealership systems
* Maintain and manage your own set of professional-grade technician tools### What We’re Looking For
* Previous automotive repair experience: dealership experience preferred
* ASE certifications and/or manufacturer certifications strongly desired
* Advanced diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* A team-oriented professional who values accountability and customer satisfaction
* Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
