* Leading CR process management at assigned stores by observing, installing, and training approved processes.
* Call sales customers to follow up on their experience and satisfaction with their vehicle.
* Listen to incoming calls and coach team members on improving their customer communication skills.
* Provide assistance with administering Employee Satisfaction Survey programs.
* Draft response letters to the DOJ as necessary.
* Maintain a working knowledge of the Performance Dashboard.##
