Ever wondered how large organizations keep their buildings running smoothly behind the scenes? As a Facilities Database Intern, you’ll help build and maintain a centralized facilities database that supports every Vibe location.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organization, documentation, and learning how facilities and building systems work, no prior facilities experience required.
What You’ll Learn & Do- Help create and organize a centralized database for all Vibe facilities
- Document building components, systems, and site information
- Upload and manage files digitally using Share Point
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across digital and physical records
- Partner with the Maintenance Technician to verify and update information
- Support ongoing improvements to facilities documentation
- Students enrolled in a technical program, skilled trades path, or related field
- Detail‑oriented individuals who enjoy organization and structure
- Comfortable working with computers and document systems
- Interested in learning about facilities, maintenance, or operations
