Key Responsibilities

The Receptionist & Cashier is a team player that combines many of our Fox values when communicating with customers, team members, vendors, and our community. As a Receptionist & Cashier, you are responsible for answering basic inquiries, directing customers, and handling payment transactions. Fox Motors is looking for a Receptionist & Cashier that loves helping others, has a desire to grow and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Greets visitors and answers incoming phone calls to determine the nature of their visit.

Communicates with visitors and incoming callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.

Provides basic dealer information or directs customers to the correct department.

Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.

Handles all customer payment and credit transactions.

Responsible for the daily balancing and reconciling of cash office account(s).

Assists service customers during the morning and evening when needed.

Assists with administrative duties as requested.

Skills & Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months related experience and/or training.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
