Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm;
Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Assist in planning and promoting training programmes to meet industry and professional development needs.
- Work with programme managers, trainers, and subject matter experts to prepare training materials and curriculum.
- Manage participant registrations and ensure all pre-programme materials are shared on time.
- Support the procurement of training resources, handle payments, and manage fee collection.
- Collect feedback and assist in post-programme evaluations to improve future sessions.
- Conduct basic market research to help identify new training opportunities.
- Support the delivery of training programmes and ensure sessions run smoothly.
- Minimum Polytechnic diploma in Business, Accountancy, or related fields.
- Good command of English with clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in training coordination, business operations, or tax-related areas is an advantage.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team.
