Job Scope
- Perform reminder outbound calls to directors of companies to file their AR
- Send follow‑up emails to the directors whom we are unable to contact via call to file their AR
- Reply to directors’ queries for the filing of the AR, where applicable
- A keen desire to learn new things, are self‑driven and are team players
- Relevant service delivery experience such as in customer service, telemarketing, or call centres (preferred)
- Excel skills are required
Salary: $2580/month
Location: Novena
Contract Period: 6 months
