We’re looking for a sharp, adaptable, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the President. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on keeping things running seamlessly — managing schedules, anticipating needs, and bringing structure to a dynamic work environment.
You’ll be the right hand to the Managing Director, ensuring everything behind the scenes is coordinated to perfection — from diary management and meetings to business travel and events.
What You’ll DoBe the anchor of daily operations: manage the calendar, schedule internal and external meetings, and ensure all commitments run smoothly.
Own the details: prepare documents, presentations, and agendas with accuracy and professionalism.
Plan and execute seamlessly: organise team meetings, track follow-up actions, and ensure deliverables are met on time.
Handle travel logistics: coordinate business travel — flights, accommodation, and transportation — with efficiency and foresight.
Drive communication excellence: coordinate and prepare materials for meetings and presentations with clarity and precision.
Support events and projects: assist with internal and offsite events, attend offsite meetings, take minutes, and follow through on action items.
Be the trusted partner: manage confidential information and provide ad-hoc personal support when needed.
- At least 5-8 years of experience as a Personal Assistant
, Secretary
, or Executive Assistant supporting senior management. - Good tenure in working experience with MNC background.
- Quick thinking and adaptability — able to manage shifting priorities with composure and confidence.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a strong eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills
, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively across all levels. - Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and productivity tools.
- Adept at planning and managing complex schedules and booking business travel with precision.
- Professional discretion when handling sensitive information.
