HR & Admin Assistant
Salary: SGD 2,000 – 3,000
Working Hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:30am–6:15pm
Location:
Novena
Benefits: 14 days Annual Leave, Performance Bonus
Key Responsibilities- Manage worker administration, including SIC enrolment and profile updates in Salesforce
- Track attendance, process leave, and handle passport-related matters
- Arrange medical check-ups and manage dormitory administration
- Handle phone calls, visitors, filing, mail, invoices, and audit documents
- Coordinate transport, air tickets, accommodation, and entry pass applications
- Manage office supplies and general office administration
- Support managers with HR-related and daily operational tasks
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required
- Certificate or Diploma in Office Skills or Business Administration
- Experience in administrative operations and worker coordination preferred
- Good document control and audit preparation skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to respond promptly to requests
