Sales Associate; Lead Generator or PT

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to generate in-home sales leads across our three Costco install categories: HVAC, Generators, Water Treatment. This position offers flexible scheduling and the potential for significant income.

Compensation: $20/hour (Part-Time or Full-Time) plus commissions for sold leads.

Fuel Reimbursement: Reimbursement for travel to and from warehouses.

Note: This is NOT a cold calling, door-to-door, or selling position.

• Engaging with potential customers/homeowners
• Collecting lead information for outside sales and advisors
• Maintaining professionalism and customer support
• Working independently, including weekends
• Training will be provided

• Professional appearance and conduct
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for 20-30 hours per week
• Friendly, approachable, clear communication skills
• Ability to generate sales effectively

Preference for candidates supporting 2-3 warehouses in the North Bay area.
