Territory (2 positions):
Marin County and San Francisco.
- Minimum 18 months business-to-business sales experience focused on new account generation
- Demonstrated success in developing new business and generating sales leads within an assigned sales territory
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED, bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license
- Subject to Criminal background check
- Consistently and effectively reach out to new prospects using a variety of outreach methods including, but not limited to, telephone, email, door‑knocking, networking, and social media.
- Identify and establish contact with prospective clients to set appointments.
- Conduct initial sales calls.
- Build and maintain ongoing relationships with decision‑makers.
- Enter all information in our CRM and activity tracking sheets.
- Nurture prospects into clients.
- Collaborate with Route Sales Representatives and other teammates to ensure customers and prospects receive appropriate attention for their specific needs.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce.

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $75,000 depending on circumstances, including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Sales commissions are available based on the incentive plan.
