Overview

As the Manager, you will be responsible for helping to oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing a team, ensuring high standards of customer service, product quality, and cleanliness, and achieving sales and operational goals. You’ll also play a key role in training staff, managing inventory, and ensuring that our store runs smoothly while delivering healthy options to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer service and a positive experience for every guest.
  • Manage day‑to‑day operations, including opening and closing the store, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
  • Oversee the team’s performance, motivate staff, and provide ongoing training and development.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, product quality, and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Prepare and serve smoothies, acai bowls, and juices according to company recipes and standards.
  • Handle customer transactions, including operating the cash register and processing payments.
  • Achieve sales and labor goals, and help implement strategies to drive store growth and customer retention.
  • Manage inventory and product ordering, ensuring stock levels are maintained and items are organized.
  • Assist in creating staff schedules and managing labor costs effectively.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation in all areas of the store.
  • Ensure all store opening and closing procedures are followed, including cash handling.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by store management.
Requirements
  • Valid California Food Handler’s Card.
  • Positive attitude with a passion for health, wellness, and customer service.
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and opening/closing shifts.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a fast food/fast casual restaurant or similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage inventory and ordering processes.
  • Knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Proven ability to meet sales and labor goals.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Have a working knowledge of California Labor Laws.
