Do you know of an RN/BSN - Director of Women's Services and Perinatal seeking position in beautiful CA?

Are you a RN with strong Management or Assistant Manager with a strong background in Perinatal and or Women's Services? Our client facility has 600 deliveries per year, 3 L&D rooms, 10 postpartum rooms, 2 exam rooms

Our client facility is located in a quiet central coast town 30 minutes from the coast, 25 minutes from the San Luis Obispo area. Relocation assistance is available plus $ 20K sign on bonus

Here is what we are looking for in an ideal candidate:

Must have at least 2 years of current leadership expereince in this specialty

3 years of acute care RN expereince in this specialty.

Our client is only considering those with a BSN

OB experience

Hands on Director steps in when needed with patients

Experience working in a for profit environment

Experienced with meeting department goals related to JCAHO compliance, adherence to DHS standards, Commitment to Quality, Continuous Performance Improvement, and Electronic Medical Records

Expereince with operational and capital department budgets to make a department run as efficiently as possible. It is a plus if you know LEAN practices.

It is a plus if you have experience working in a Union environment

Additional requirements:

(1) Current California RN license, (2) AHA-BLS-HCP, (3) ACLS, (4)
NRP

Salary is based on years on expereince and starts in the mid 100's and goes well into the upper 100's range. Our clients offers a generous benefits package:
