In addition to being a vertically integrated bottling company that makes our own caps and bottles through state-of-the-art machinery, as of 2019, CG Roxane became the first U.S. beverage company to open and operate a recycling PET facility. We are not just following sustainability and technological trends — we are setting them.

  • Manage Worker’s Comp claims, including researching, managing key relationships and outside counsel when necessary.

Litigation:

  • Handle legal demand letters, charges and other disputes.
  • Assist in managing litigation and arbitration, including engaging and overseeing outside counsel when necessary.

Legal Counsel and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

  • Provide day-to-day legal counsel to various departments and comprehensive management and resolution of legal inquiries from CGR team members.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
