• BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider

• Home Health, DL-Valid Driver's License Class C
• Home Health, AUTO-Automobile Insurance

5 years of recent relevant experience.

• Collaborates with key stakeholders in developing solutions.
• Exhibits critical thinking, complex problem solving, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge and application of professional practice and regulatory requirements.
• Capable of working in demanding environments, organizing multiple priorities, and completing work duties within expected timelines and requirements.
• Proficient in computer and required technology competencies.
• Demonstrates effective and efficient professional communication skills (verbal & written), interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, teamwork/collaboration, customer service, and community relations abilities.
• Able to retain and apply new knowledge & skills.
• Keeps abreast of professional practice development and advancement.
• Ability to teach/educate others and engage in public speaking.
• Capable of developing training materials and competency assessments.
• Develops treatment protocols.
• Ability to extract evidence-based practice information and apply it to clinical practice and training materials.
• Able to analyze and identify clinical practice and workflow best practices.
• Complex problem solver within and outside of the department; analyzes data/information from multiple sources.
