Living at Reflections is a premier, privately-owned dual-diagnosis treatment facility located in Marin County, Northern California, close to San Francisco. We specialize in personalized, high-quality care with a focus on dual diagnosis, relapse prevention, and comprehensive recovery programs, offering Medication Assisted Detox and Residential treatment. Our facilities ensures privacy and comfort with private accommodations and maintains an exceptional staff-to-client ratio, serving a maximum of six clients per location.

Our programs include evidence-based treatment modalities, family therapy, individualized care plans and multiple adjunctive and holistic therapies. We are committed to creating a supportive environment to foster lasting recovery for our clients.

Role Description

We are hiring both full-time and part time, on-site roles. The Primary Therapist will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, facilitating group and individual therapy sessions, and providing ongoing support to clients throughout their recovery journey. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, the therapist will address dual diagnoses, manage casework, and contribute to relapse prevention and aftercare planning. Additional duties include engaging with families during therapy sessions and offering evidence-based interventions to support clients' mental health and sobriety.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in Treatment Planning, including developing tailored and evidence-based care strategies.
  • Background in Social Work and Case Management, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Experience addressing Chemical Dependency and Dual Diagnosis in clinical settings, using effective therapeutic interventions.
  • Knowledge in relapse prevention techniques and evidence-based practices, including CBT and DBT methodologies, is highly valued.
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field; licensure is required (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients, families, and staff members.
  • Familiarity with Medication-Assisted Treatment and comprehensive recovery models is a plus.
