Per​/ECE Units - Youth Enrichment Program

Year round part-time Youth Soccer Support Instructor needed starting in August for a weekly Preschool program!

Qualification: 12 Early Childhood Education units (9 units is OK if you are actively working towards the final
3), transcripts required

Pay: $50 per/hour
, classes are Thursday morning from 9:30am-11:30am in Novato

* All candidates will be required to complete a trial class prior to being hired.*

Super Soccer Stars has been in the youth soccer business for over 22 years and has been recognized as the largest operating program in the US. We teach the fundamentals of soccer in a fun, non-competitive, educational environment. Our unique curriculum uses positive reinforcement and a low child-to-coach ratio to make sure each child feels confident in their own abilities, allowing kids to improve at their own rate.

No matter their age, Super Soccer Stars has specific and progressive lesson plans built to each child’s developmental needs.

Become a local face for our growing soccer program! We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Support Coach who will help lead our little stars in fun and educational activities in a non-competitive environment. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children, is extremely reliable and has a positive, engaging energy.

• Our Coaches lead each class following our customized, age appropriate enrichment curriculum focused on developing the whole child
• Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child has success
• Our Coaches use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment
• Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
• Our Coaches have a blast. They are open-minded, open to feedback, and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual

For this role, we are specifically looking for candidates who can be available to support our lead coaches in one of our North Bay locations on Thursday mornings. We do also have some weekday late afternoon hours available if desired.

Candidates must be available during the hours listed below:

• Thursdays: 9:30am-11:30am

Classes will be held at a preschool in Novato.
