Excellent Primary Care position in Northern Coastal California near Arcata. Job # 49181

Job Details:

• BC/BE
• No call, the mid-levels take call
• Hours depend on location, but mostly M-F, 8 am- 5pm
• Optional evening clinic at different locations for 2.5- 3 hour shifts, which is like an Urgent Care
• Join 1-10 providers depending on the clinic location
• 1 RN takes care of 3 Physicians, Each Physician gets a medical assistant
• Physicians can have scribes and care coordinators as back up
• Must have DEA to prescribe because a huge patient base is for drug and alcohol addiction
• Competitive salary for FQHC facility , 20k sign-on bonus, 5k relocation, Loan repayment
• CA license, DEA, and Board (re)
