Seeking pediatrician for Central Valley community facility whose mission is to provide comprehensive, compassionate, high quality health care for people living in the community they serve. Their vision is building healthy communities by providing the utmost in comprehensive patient-centered care. Some in-Patient call (15-20%) versus out-patient (75-80%). Guaranteed base salary plus production incentive and on-call pay. VERY generous benefits package includes;

401K with 4% match, 16 days PTO first year, 5 days CME, 9 paid holidays, $3500 honorarium for CME, license, DEA etc., and employer pays all premiums for health, dental and vision for employed physician, spouse and all dependents. Spanish speaking or at least conversational Spanish US Citizen Passionate about serving the underserved California licensed as the licensing time is 5-9 months out at this point. This practice is located in the central valley just south of Fresno. It is a community facility whose mission is to provide comprehensive, compassionate, high quality health care for people living in the community they serve.

Their vision is building healthy communities by providing the utmost in comprehensive patient-centered care. Some in-Patient call (15-20%) versus out-patient (75-80%). Salary is $170,000 plus production incentive and $10,000 for on-call for physician with 0-5 years of experience.
