These are freestanding Occ Med clinics with specialists on staff. Offering guaranteed base salary plus productivity incentive, full benefits, and malpractice insurance with tail coverage. To learn more about this RARE opportunity in highly desirable area of CA, call Susan White at x231 or email Occ Med Clinics across country that used independent contractors and they are ready to start converting to perm employees in certain markets, and spec, Ortho, hand surgeon, Physiatrist, pain management, Markets converting independent contractors to employee model Southern CA LA, Orange Co, San Diego, maybe south Bay/Santa Clara/just outside of San Francisco Freestanding occ med clinics with specialists Compensation will be base salary with productivity incentive based on gross revenue Typically a % of net revenue booked - wages paid, so a guaranteed wage or can be super high wage if super productive Malpractice with tail coverage Don't have surgery centers, and they assist them with identifying hospital priveleges.
90% of cases are outpatient surgery center cases Full benefits Ok with new grads BE/BC OK with foreign med grad, must be US or Canada Residency MD or DO ok
