Facility is seeking Primary Care Physician to practice in our highly regarded health system
- Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Outpatient only - Call Ratio:
Balanced call ratio split between physicians and sites - Daily Patient Census: 18 patients per day - Equipment/Resources:
Access to state-of-the-art equipment and comprehensive resources - Provider Support:
Collaborative team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) - Consults with patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment - Recommends and orders tests to determine extent of illness or help diagnose condition - Monitors lab results, medication adherence and medication toxicities - Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccinations, and other medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury - Explain and discuss procedures, test results, or prescribed treatment with the patient - Refers patients to medical specialists when necessary - Represents the practice at Hospital committees in such a manner that the burden of attending the meetings is reasonably distributed among all of the physicians in the group - Collaborate and manage APPs - Income Guarantee at $330,000 for FM and $354,548 for IM - Sign On Bonus/Relocation available for qualified candidates - A positive work-life balance - Collaborative and energized clinical teams
- Required:
CA license, board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
