Position: Physician / Pain Management / California / Permanent / Napa Valley area
Facility is seeking a Pain Management Physician to join our esteemed healthcare team - FTE is 1.0, 8 hours per day, Clinic: M-F 8-5 - Position will split time in the clinic and outpatient surgery center - Provide comprehensive assessments for patients experiencing acute and chronic pain.

- Develop individualized treatment plans that may include interventional procedures, pharmacologic therapy, physical therapy, behavioral health integration, and alternative modalities.

- Perform interventional pain procedures such as epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, medial branch blocks, SI joint injections, radio frequency ablation, peripheral nerve blocks, spinal cord stimulator trials, and other procedures appropriate to training.

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, team-based case reviews, and clinical meetings.

- Directly supervise mid-level practitioners (e.g., Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners).

- Participate in ongoing professional development and relevant training to maintain expertise in the field of addiction medicine.
