- What You’ll Do:
- Start your career as a financial professional
, building client relationships and developing strong sales fundamentals - Learn consultative selling, business development, and relationship management
- Build your personal practice while working toward clearly defined leadership milestones
- Transition into a management track after meeting performance and licensing requirements
- Recruit, coach, and develop future sales professionals as you grow into leadership
- Who We’re Looking For:
- You’ll be a strong fit if you have one or more of the following:
- MBA or formal management experience
- Experience owning or running a business
- 3+ years of sales experience (any industry)
- Must be located in Northern California (focus on Marin County
) - Strong communication skills and a competitive mindset
- Comfortable working toward goals in a performance-based environment
Compensation: $180,000 at plan earnings
