Join a dynamic team of finance, technology and distribution professionals working at the intersection of innovation and impact. We are developing a next-generation digital investment service designed to help retail intermediaries make investing more accessible, intuitive, and effective for their clients.

Your Role

We’re looking for a full stack engineer to help build and scale a new digital investment service, delivered through strategic partnerships with digital investment platforms. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technologist with a passion for building high-quality products, a strong track record in platform scalability, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is an opportunity to shape a product that empowers intermediaries and improves outcomes for retail investors.

What

you will be doing
  • Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain highly performant API-driven web applications on our stack (Angular, React, SASS, Java Spring Boot, Mulesoft).
  • Design and implement REST APIs to industry/company standards
  • Collaborate with product design to develop and iterate on user interfaces that simplify complex financial data
  • Interact with engineering members across the organization to ensure consistency in engineering practices
  • Collaborate across our development centers in Atlanta, Houston, New York City and India
  • Perform peer code reviews and review performance, security and flexibility of the code
  • Participate in agile ceremonies (daily standup, release and sprint planning, demos, scrum of scrums)
What you will bring
  • Proven experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular and React
  • Proven experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express

    JS, or Java Spring Boot
  • Experience with Mulesoft
  • Experience with core AWS services
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Familiarity with software engineering support systems and tools (Git, Jenkins, Bamboo, Gulp, Bower, Maven, Log4j)
  • Familiarity with SSO solutions (SAML, OAuth, OpenID) is a plus
  • Knowledge of the Financial Services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
  • Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision
