A specialist SEMH school in Woodley is looking for a confident and resilient Behaviour Mentor to support students aged 11–18 who face social, emotional, and behavioural challenges.
This Behaviour Mentor role is particularly suited to Criminology graduates or individuals interested in youth justice, rehabilitation, and behaviour intervention.

Criminology graduates or aspiring Criminal Justice professionals - Experience:
Behaviour or youth work experience desirable
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:
- Provide 1:1 mentoring and targeted behaviour support
- Help students develop emotional regulation and coping strategies
- Support behaviour intervention plans and restorative approaches
- Build positive, consistent relationships with vulnerable young people
- Work closely with safeguarding leads and pastoral teams
In this Behaviour Mentor role, you will gain first‑hand experience working with students at risk of exclusion, exposure to youth offending behaviours, and complex home environments.
This is a fantastic stepping stone into Youth Justice, Social Work, Probation, or Police roles.
