Nottingham City Council’s First Response Service is expanding, and we are seeking skilled practitioners to join our Multi‑Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) and Duty & Assessment Service.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact at the crucial first point of contact for families, working within a team committed to high‑quality practice, manageable caseloads and reflective supervision.

You will carry out strengths‑based assessments, work closely with multi‑agency partners, and help ensure children and families receive the right support at the right time. You’ll join a motivated, diverse team that is part of an exciting transformation across Children’s Integrated Services.

• Experience working directly with children and families
• Strong assessment and decision‑making skills
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
