What you will do:
  • Chair reviews for children in care and produce clear, concise records and action plans.
  • Ensure that care plans for children are compliant with statutory requirements and the best interests of the child.
  • Work closely with social workers, children, families, and relevant agencies to monitor and review progress.
  • Advocate for the child’s viewpoint and ensure they are heard throughout the process.
  • Provide robust challenge and support to social work teams, promoting high standards of social work practice.
Requirements:
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
  • Current Social Work England registration.
  • Comprehensive frontline experience in Social Services within the UK as a qualified Social Worker.
