They're now looking for a Business Development Advisor to help grow apprenticeship and training opportunities by building relationships with employers across the region. This role suits a confident, target‑driven individual who enjoys both autonomy and working in a supportive, mission‑led team.

You’ll plan and deliver outreach activity, identify employer needs, and convert leads into lasting partnerships, all while working for a purpose‑driven organisation that genuinely values its people.

• £30,000 – £34,000 Salary
