Gas Safe Engineer - Residential
Our client, a dynamic and growing specialist in the property maintenance sector, is urgently seeking a skilled Gas Safe Engineer to join their team.
Your Responsibilities
- Reactive & Scheduled Maintenance: Execute diagnostics, repairs, servicing, and installation across domestic gas systems, including boilers, heating systems, and pipework within residential properties.
- Compliance: Ensure all work adheres strictly to Gas Safe regulations, company standards, and client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Customer Service: Act as a professional, empathetic representative of the company while interacting with tenants and residents.
What You'll Bring
- Fully current and registered Gas Safe status (Domestic tickets required).
- Proven background working within residential environments, such as social housing or private domestic maintenance contracts.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Highly motivated, reliable, self-managing, and committed to delivering work right for the first time.
