Multi-Tradesperson

Express Recruitment is representing a Property Management company based in Nottingham looking to hire a Joiner/Multi‑Tradesperson on a full‑time, permanent basis.

The successful candidate will carry out specialist joinery works and general maintenance and building works across residential and commercial properties, and will report all new works and maintenance issues to the management team.

Applicants should have demonstrable joinery experience, and experience in at least one secondary trade such as plumbing, carpentry, building, roofing, decorating, or plastering.

A full, clean UK driving licence is required.

The company offers a salary of up to £36,000 per annum, a company van, PPE, uniform, and tools. Overtime is available, with call‑out bonuses, and all daily travel is paid.

• Travel across the Nottinghamshire area to residential and commercial properties
• Carry out general maintenance and building service works
• Perform a range of joinery and carpentry duties, including hanging doors, building kitchen & bathroom cabinets, laying laminate and oak flooring, etc.
• Report new works and maintenance issues to the management team
• Respond to emergency call‑outs when scheduled on the rota

• Apprentice trained or NVQ Level 3 qualified in Joinery & Carpentry
• Proven hands‑on experience in one of the following trades: plumbing, carpentry, building, roofing, decorating, plastering
• Hard‑working with a good attitude towards maintaining high standards of work
• Full clean UK driving licence
• Confident customer‑service and client‑relationship skills, mainly with tenants and property developers
• General knowledge of health and safety practices

• Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4 pm, with overtime available
• Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum D.O.E.
