Maintenance Supervisor

Fredricks Hotel has 34 bedrooms, a restaurant, bar and function rooms as well as a Spa with Pool

The Hotel is currently recrutiing for a full time person to join the team and supervise the maintenance function at the hotel

The person is responsible for the day to day maintenance of the hotel as well as working with agreed contracters where required

• Perform routine maintenance on various systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning).
• Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Oversee facilities maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records

• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance tasks.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

This is a hands on role and ideally a person with some type of trade qualification as well as a number of years of experience to be complete this role
