Senior/Lead Electronic Security Systems Engineer - Up to £42,000 Basic

Covering South East / Kent / Surrey / London

We're looking for a Senior/Lead Electronic Security Systems Engineer to support servicing, and maintenance across the South East, including Kent, Surrey, and London. You'll work on a variety of commercial and residential sites, delivering high‑quality security solutions and excellent customer service.

• Install, commission, and maintain CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems
• Designing, installing, programming, and commissioning of CCTV and integrated systems, to include but not limited to Access Control, Intruder and Fire alarms and gate automation
• Acting as an escalation point for complex or repeat issues
• Advising clients on system performance, improvements and remedial works
• Ensuring all works meets British Standards and Health and Safety requirements
• Producing clear, accurate service reports and documentation
• Providing technical leadership and mentoring junior staff members
• Locksmith works or an opportunity to learn this skill
• Participate in an on‑call rota when required

• Proven experience working with electronic security systems
• Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Confident communicator with a customer‑focused approach

This role offers a competitive basic salary up to £40,000, with opportunities for overtime, training, and long‑term progression
